Black Bean Filling
Spiced black beans, quickly sautéed and lightly mashed.

| Onionfinely diced | ¼ lb(≈ 1 small) | |
| Garlicminced | 2 cloves | |
| Cumin | 1 tsp | |
| Smoked paprika | ½ tsp | |
| Avocado oil | 1 tbsp | |
| Lime juice | 1 tbsp | |
| Salt[Diamond Crystal kosher salt assumed throughout.] | to taste |
Directions

Warm Avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook finely diced Onion until soft, then add minced Garlic and stir for 1 minute.
6mAdd Cumin, Smoked paprika, and Black beans. Stir to coat and cook until heated through and lightly mashed at the edges.

Season with Salt and finish with Lime juice.
