Lime juice¼ Cup
Orange juice¼ Cup

Smoked paprika1 tsp
Dried oregano½ tsp
Avocado oil2 tbsp
Salt[Diamond Crystal kosher salt assumed throughout.]to taste

Directions

    Whisk Lime juice, Orange juice, minced Garlic, Cumin, Smoked paprika, Dried oregano, Salt, and Avocado oil. Add Beef steak, coat well, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

    Blot the steak dry and sear in a screaming-hot cast iron pan or over direct flame, 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare.

    Rest uncovered for 10 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
