Salt[Diamond Crystal kosher salt assumed throughout.]to taste

Directions

    Heat Olive oil in a pan. Sauté diced Onion and minced Garlic until soft. Add Ground beef and cook until browned.

  2. Stir in Tomato sauce, Tomato paste, Dried oregano, and Salt. Simmer for 30 minutes.

    Layer cooked and drained Lasagna noodles with the meat sauce, Ricotta cheese, shredded Mozzarella cheese, and top with grated Parmesan.
