| Oniondiced | 1 medium | |
| Garlicminced | 3 cloves | |
| Tomato sauce | 3 ½ Cup | |
| Tomato paste | ½ Cup | |
| Ricotta cheese | 1 lb | |
| Mozzarella cheeseshredded | 1 lb | |
| Parmesangrated | ½ Cup | |
| Salt[Diamond Crystal kosher salt assumed throughout.] | to taste |
Directions

Heat Olive oil in a pan. Sauté diced Onion and minced Garlic until soft. Add Ground beef and cook until browned.
20mStir in Tomato sauce, Tomato paste, Dried oregano, and Salt. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Layer cooked and drained Lasagna noodles with the meat sauce, Ricotta cheese, shredded Mozzarella cheese, and top with grated Parmesan.

Bake in the oven at 375°F until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
