Mango Salsa

Fresh mango with heat and herb — sweet brightness for fish or shrimp tacos.

Red onion40 g(≈ ¼ small)
Jalapeño1 medium
Cilantro3 tbsp
Lime juice1 ¼ tbsp
Salt[Diamond Crystal kosher salt assumed throughout.]to taste

Directions

    Peel and dice Mango into 1 cm pieces. Finely dice Red onion and Jalapeño. Chop Cilantro leaves.

    Toss everything with Lime juice and Salt. Serve within an hour for best texture.
