The Holy Basil Sauce

| Soy sauce | 1 tbsp |
The Garnish

Directions
prep
Pound minced Garlic and Thai bird's eye chili into a coarse paste with a mortar and pestle.

Sauté the paste in Vegetable oil until fragrant, then add sliced Onion and Ground chicken. Break up the chicken and cook until just opaque.

Whisk Oyster sauce, Soy sauce, and finely minced Garlic in a small bowl, then pour over the cooking chicken.

Kill the heat and fold in Holy basil leaves until just wilted.
