Directions

    Preheat the oven to 220 °C. Prep vegetables by washing and chopping into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Toss Carrots with Olive oil until evenly coated. Add any aromatics. Season generously with salt.

    Spread in a single layer on a sheet pan. Roast at 220 °C until tender and caramelised, 35–40 minutes, turning once halfway.
