Salsa Verde

Broiled tomatillo and jalapeño blended bright and tangy.

Salt[Diamond Crystal kosher salt assumed throughout.]to taste

Directions

    Place husked Tomatillo (husked), Jalapeño, halved halved Onion, and Garlic on a foil-lined baking sheet. Broil until charred in spots, about 10 minutes, flipping once.

    Transfer everything to a blender with Cilantro and Lime juice. Pulse to a coarse, slightly chunky salsa. Season with Salt.
