Directions

Blend Frozen spinach, Bananas, Eggs, Milk, Olive oil, and Maple syrup until smooth.
5mFold oats, flour, baking powder, and salt into the blended wet mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.

Divide batter into a lined 12-cup muffin tin. Bake at 180 °C for 18–20 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
