Warm Corn tortilla directly over a gas flame or in a dry skillet until pliable with light char spots. Stack and wrap in a clean cloth to keep warm.
3massemble
Spoon Carne asada onto each warm tortilla, filling to about two-thirds of the surface.
2mScatter Pico de gallo over the filling.
1mSpoon Salsa roja over the top and serve immediately.
