Directions

  1. prep

    Warm Corn tortilla directly over a gas flame or in a dry skillet until pliable with light char spots. Stack and wrap in a clean cloth to keep warm.

    Spoon Carne asada onto each warm tortilla, filling to about two-thirds of the surface.
