Taco Shrimp

Spiced shrimp, seared hot and finished with lime.

Smoked paprika½ tsp
Garlic powder½ tsp
Cayenne¼ tsp
Lime juice1 tbsp
Salt[Diamond Crystal kosher salt assumed throughout.]to taste

Directions

    Toss peeled and deveined Shrimp with Cumin, Smoked paprika, Garlic powder, Cayenne, and Salt.

    Heat Avocado oil in a wide skillet over high heat. Cook the shrimp in a single layer, 90 seconds per side, until pink and just curled.

    Squeeze Lime juice over the cooked shrimp and serve immediately.
