Directions

  1. prep

    Combine the Red wine vinegar and Dijon mustard in a bowl and whisk together. Slowly drizzle in the Olive oil while whisking until emulsified. Add any aromatics.

    Let stand 5 minutes to allow flavours to meld. Whisk again just before serving.
